We understand this and know that the decision to attend a private school does not come lightly. *For the 2019-2020 school year only, the school is giving a 20% discount for all Noah’s Ark students registered for K5 by May 1st. A 15% discount will be given to new students registered by July 1st. After July 1st, full tuition applies. No other discounts (multiple students, pre-payment discount, and Harmony Baptist Church family) will apply.9
There is a $35 application fee for preschool students; $50 application fee for students entering K5-12th grade payable upon application to the school.
This fee is non-refundable and required for each applicant.
This fee is for new students only.
There is a $150 per family registration fee for both new and returning students. The registration fee for a returning student is due as soon as possible to ensure their spot.
Any registration fees turned in for a returning student after July 1 will also be charged a $75 per student book fee because HCS will not be able to order any of his/her books through the public school district of the student.
This fee is non-refundable.
All families are required to volunteer a minimum of 15 hours per school year. There are many ways to volunteer, from baking cookies at home to helping run our community fundraisers. During the school year, you will have plenty of opportunities to get involved and help support our school.
Volunteer hours must be completed by the end of the school year. Families will be assessed $20 for every hour not fulfilled at the end of the school year.
Any family that has applied to or is registered at HCS can apply for financial aid. HCS believes that Christian education should be available to all families regardless of social or economic status. The purpose of the HCS Financial Aid Program is to assist families who demonstrate a need for financial aid. If you as a family feel you cannot afford the tuition, then please apply.
Payment in full for the year. Must be paid before August 1. Discount for pre-payment is 5% of total tuition.
With this payment plan, there are two payments that are due during the year. Half payment in July, balance in January.
Payment is due the beginning of each school quarter.
The monthly payment plan is paid via automatic deduction from checking, savings, and credit card.
*There are 9, 10, 11 and 12-month plans.
*Payment start dates for monthly payment plans are as follows:
12 month – June
11 month – July
10 month – August
9 month – September
Families have the option of paying any amount ahead of time, thereby lowering their monthly payments.
Families who refer another family to HCS will receive a $300 discount off their tuition! The new family will also receive a $300 discount off their tuition!
*The new student(s) must remain in the school for the entire school year. All fees must be paid in full to receive this discount. Discount only applies to full-day students.
Families who are members of Harmony Baptist Church will receive a 10% discount.
Families with more than one student enrolled in the receive the following discounts:
10% for two, 25% for three, 35% for four, 45% for five
